A Grand Re-Entrance

Sure, the haze might already be back to its old tricks today, but that doesn't take away from the glorious sunrise and photogenic morning mist we once again got treated to yesterday!

After a nearly one-month hiatus, the Himalayas finally made their grand re-entrance, thanks to the previous day's stormy weather - which everyone in the village had been waiting for with bated breath. Many thanks, Mother Nature!

NB: Those cool-looking orange flowers are called Pyrostegia venusta - or flame vines or Orange trumpet vines for those not keen on Latin - and are originally native to southern Brazil, Bolivia, northeastern Argentina and Paraguay....
