Is this is the best totally legit guerrilla marketing that Disney has done since that Azelia Banks video? Seems so....

Although when we sent this photo to a friend, this was their reply (which also seems pretty accurate): "Looks like a good place to have a kidney carved out by a clown..."

UPDATE: Our investigations sadly went nowhere, but as far as we know we've still got two kidneys. So that's still probably a win....
