Breakfast of Champions

What breakfast looks like when you wanna make the most of your first visit to one of Bogotá's biggest markets, Mercado de Paloquemao. Caldo de Costilla is a beef rib and potato soup with loads of cilantro, while on the right we've got the smallest possible serving of Lechona, which is roasted pig mixed with rice and other goodies then stuck back in the pig for safe keeping.....
