This guy joined the prestigious 27 Club on this date 50 years ago, becoming one of its earliest and most famous members. Definitely a trendsetter! Fun fact: If he were still alive today he'd be the same age as Mick Jagger and Keith Richards, and exactly 50 years younger than Bob Dylan.
