A year ago this weekend we were in Venice for the Biennale Arte, and since something like 20 years have passed since then we totally forgot that the theme of the event was 'May You Live In Interesting Times'.

This guy joined the prestigious 27 Club on this date 50 years ago, becoming one of its earliest and most famous members. Definitely a trendsetter! Fun fact: If he were still alive today he'd be the same age as Mick Jagger and Keith Richards, and exactly 50 years younger than Bob Dylan.
